Government of Haryana, DHE, Chandigarh, the University and Colleges affiliated to CBLU will remain closed till 31.07.2020 for the students only. Further, the Chairperson(s)/ Principal(s) of all UTD/affiliated colleges, respectively shall take necessary steps for the normal functioning of their departments/ colleges. Faculty may be called by preparing the roster and online classes for engaging the students of intermediate batches may be organized. However, any faculty can be called in the University as per requirement. The non-teaching staff shall attend their respective office 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for doing the official work of their seats during this period as per roster register already conveyed vide above referred letter. However, no public/students dealing allowed during this period. Measures being taken by the University as specified in its earlier notification will remain in force in the future also.
हरियाणा सरकार, डीएचई, चंडीगढ़, विश्वविद्यालय से प्राप्त हुए। CBLU से संबद्ध कॉलेज केवल छात्रों के लिए 31.07.2020 तक बंद रहेंगे। इसके अलावा, क्रमशः सभी यूटीडी / संबद्ध कॉलेजों के अध्यक्ष (प्रधानाचार्य), अपने विभागों / कॉलेजों के सामान्य कामकाज के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएंगे। इंटरमीडिएट बैचों के छात्रों को संलग्न करने के लिए रोस्टर और ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं तैयार करके संकाय को बुलाया जा सकता है। हालाँकि, किसी भी संकाय को आवश्यकतानुसार विश्वविद्यालय में बुलाया जा सकता है। गैर-शिक्षण कर्मचारी इस अवधि के दौरान अपनी सीटों के आधिकारिक कार्य करने के लिए अपने संबंधित कार्यालय 9:00 पूर्वाह्न से 5:00 बजे तक उपस्थित होंगे क्योंकि रोस्टर रजिस्टर के अनुसार पहले ही उपर्युक्त पत्र के माध्यम से सूचित किया गया है। हालांकि, इस अवधि के दौरान किसी भी सार्वजनिक / छात्रों को अनुमति नहीं दी गई है। विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा पहले की अधिसूचना में निर्दिष्ट किए गए उपाय भविष्य में भी लागू रहेंगे।
